Terms of service and delivery

Tmi Anu Kankarjärvi (VAT number FI23550080), hereinafter referred to as Service Provider, sells electronic products and services to companies and individuals (hereinafter referred to as Customer). We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and prices. If you live in Finland the prices of the products are quoted subject to Finnish VAT 24%.
These terms of service are deemed to be valid after the order has been placed. The customer agrees to be bound by the terms of service in force at the time of ordering. All rights reserved.

Contract
The order is validated by payment in the online shop checkout. By placing an order you accept these terms and conditions and the price of the product. An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of ordering. The order confirmation will indicate the product ordered and the price.
Payment
Stripe is the payment provider for the e-shop. Stripe will forward the payment to the service provider. Stripe is a secure and easy payment method that allows you to make purchases using your debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment is made on the website of the online shop. Your payment details are not stored anywhere. The payment connection is secured by a 256-bit encrypted connection, which is also used by banks. When you pay with the card payments offered by Stripe, you accept Stripe's terms and conditions, which you can find here: https://stripe.com/en-fi/legal
Product delivery
When you purchase a product, you will receive it directly to your email or you will receive instructions on how to access the product's content. If there are any shortcomings or if you cannot, for example, log in to the course, please contact the service provider without delay at info(a)anukankarjarvi.fi.
Delivery terms and cancellation of the product Sunny start of the day
The Sunny start of the day is a product to which you may obtain access by paying the monthly subscription fee in effect at the time. When you join the Sunny start of the day -sessions a monthly subscription is formed automatically. The subscription includes online meetings from Monday to Thursday.
Online meetings take place on weekdays from Monday to Thursday at 9.00 AM (UTC +1), except on Finnish public holidays and during the month of July. Force majeure circumstances may justify the cancellation of an online meeting at any other time. Online meetings will also be recorded and will be valid until the next live meeting (a link to the recordings will be sent to you in the confirmation message sent at the time of purchase).
There will be no live meetings in July, but during July you will receive an email from Monday to Thursday at around 9.00 AM (UTC +1) with a link to the Sunny start of the day -recording and you can watch it at a time that suits you.
Subscriptions are ongoing and the current monthly fee will be charged to your payment card every month from the date of subscription. Any price changes will be notified at least one month before the change takes effect.
If you want to end your sunny mornings with developing yourself and feeling grateful, please email us at info(a)anukankarjarvi.fi. Monthly fees that are already charged will not be refunded and the right to use the product will continue until the end of the payment period.
Note! To avoid the next monthly fee, please notify us of your cancellation at least three (3) days before the next payment is due.
